When you sell your kitchen with Love My Kitchen there are no fees if the kitchen doesn’t sell, & when you do sell the kitchen through us, you DO NOT pay to have the kitchen dismantled or removed.
Our adverts will list as much information as possible to help your buyer, such as:
The brand (if known).
The style and range.
The shape (kitchen units are modular so you can customise and reshape them).
The colour.
The total Lengths of each side or run.
The number of units and what units the kitchen is made up of, for example 5 base units, 3 tall units and 2 wall units.
Each side or runs measurements in mm including what units the run is made up of.
A list of appliances included in the sale.
What the worktops are made from and their measurements.
When the kitchen is available from.
The general location of the kitchen.
The Process.
We make the process simple for you & we charge NO Vat & the Buyer pays to have the kitchen dismnatled & removed.

Measurements & Valuation
Organise a convenient date to measure and take photos of your kitchen. If you need to move quickly we will be at you the next day.
We will then value it (please see below for our valuation methodology).

Advertising The Kitchen
Your advert will run on Love My Kitchen & 3rd party retail sites such as, eBay.
We will organise and attend any viewings if needed. Some clients have reservations about viewings but on average you will only have 2 before the kitchens sells and we pre-qualify all our enquiries before booking a viewing. If the potential buyer lives too far way to visit we will organise a video call instead.

Sell Your Kitchen
Your kitchen will then sell & we will organise the dismantle and removal of the kitchen on a date that works for everyone. Sellers’ DO NOT pay to have the kitchen removed.
How We Value A Kitchen.
Finding the right valuation for a kitchen is part of our expertise. We look at the following to value your kitchen:
- The brand of the kitchen, the style of the kitchen, and what materials the kitchen is made from.
- Are there appliances included and what brand of appliances are they.
- What is the age and condition of the kitchen and what would the original price of the kitchen have been.
- How much competition is there on the market for such a kitchen.
- Time to sell the kitchen before it needs removing.
